Do you use my own list, or do you sell lists?
We only use your own permission-based (opt-in) list. Purchased lists are neither legal nor effective · they destroy your deliverability.
Is email marketing legal under KVKK?
Yes, with explicit consent (opt-in) and double opt-in, it is legal. We set up unsubscribe and data retention rules in line with KVKK. The Zoho Campaigns infrastructure also complies with GDPR standards alongside KVKK.
Which platform do you use?
As an authorized partner, we run everything on Zoho Campaigns and Marketing Automation. If you already use another tool (Mailchimp, etc.), we can handle the migration too.
Why do my emails land in spam?
Usually the domain authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) is missing, the list is dirty, or the content triggers spam filters. With a deliverability audit, we fix this.
How do we measure results?
Open, click, conversion and unsubscribe rates + the number of leads flowing into your CRM · a clear report for every campaign. You can also track all metrics in real time on the Zoho Campaigns dashboard.
Are you Zoho's office or branch in Türkiye?
No; Eksenium is not Zoho's Türkiye office or branch, but one of Zoho's Authorized Partners in Türkiye. Zoho has no official office in Türkiye; the company runs its licensing, implementation, customization, and support operations through these authorized partners. We deliver that service in the local language, in compliance with KVKK, and with on-site support.
My email list is small, will I still benefit from this service?
Yes. What matters is not list size but the right segmentation and content strategy. A small but permission-based list generates far higher engagement with targeted, personalized campaigns.
