AN EKSENIUM BRAND

GoLive20 is not a service; it is our promise to take the projects we undertake on Zoho-based business systems live on a defined calendar. On a project that passes scope assessment, the go-live date is known before work starts, and the scope is written item by item together with discovery. The promise covers not only the date but how the work runs: which week builds what, which day delivers what, what is expected from you; all of it written from day one. You can follow the day-by-day route at golive20.com.

DateThe go-live day is written into the scope document; 20 business days after scope approval, counted with weekends and public holidays excluded. The prerequisites on your side (access, data, a decision maker) are listed together on day one.
ScopeWritten item by item; what is in and what is out is clear on day one. The scope is written together with discovery; you can revise the design decisions in the scope in two rounds during the approval meetings, and any later change, as well as a new module, integration or business process, is a change of scope.
HandoverThe system is yours; training, documentation and handover included. Your admin runs the system without depending on us.
SupportAfter go-live, 30 days of close follow-up; for the first 6 months, feature and customization requests by email; then base support while we are your partner.

HOW WE WORK

What's in the GoLive20 scope?

Every item is settled in the written offer after discovery; no surprise items. The calendar shows which week each deliverable lands in.

Week 1 · Analysis & core

D01-D05

Process analysis, setup plan and core structure. On day one we sit down, map your current flow step by step and draw the 20-business-day route together. Prerequisites on your side (access, channel approvals, data) are listed the same day; who provides what and when is never left vague. By week's end the system's skeleton is up.

SCOPE

  • Process Analysis and Setup Plan

A map of your current flow and a written 20-business-day route, delivered on day one. Prerequisites and owners in the same document.

Week 2 · Modules & automation

D06-D10

Modules, fields, roles and automation rules. The system rises layer by layer: first the record structure, then who sees what, and last the rules that take over manual work. Field-tested patterns are adapted to your flow.

SCOPE

  • Module and Field Setup

Modules, custom fields, layouts and status flows built for your processes; nothing more.
  • Automation Rules

Assignment, notification, approval and follow-up flows; manual work ends, rules stay written.
  • Role and Permission Model

Department-based roles, hierarchy and data visibility rules; access is limited by role.

Week 3 · Data & testing

D11-D15

Real data is migrated and scenarios are run one by one. Data from the old system is cleaned first, then imported. Tests run on demo records, so your live data is never at risk. Surprises are caught and closed this week, before go-live.

SCOPE

  • Data Migration and End-to-End Testing

Data export from the old system, cleanup, import; tested scenario by scenario. Your live data never enters testing.

Week 4 · Training & go-live

D16-D20

The team is trained, documentation is delivered and the system goes live on business day 20. Training happens on screen with real scenarios; the recording and a Turkish operations manual stay with you. The system, with its license, is yours.

SCOPE

  • Training and Handover

Live training, video recording, a Turkish operations manual; the system is handed over to you. Your admin runs it without depending on us.

After · Close follow-up

D20+

After go-live, 30 days of close follow-up: we answer your team's first questions and fix the spots where usage gets stuck. Then base support continues: the WhatsApp channel and phone stay open for as long as we are your partner, and feature and customization requests are included for the first 6 months.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

  1. Setup projects stretch over months; nobody owns the end date. The answer to "When will it be done?" slips a little further at every meeting.

  2. What a dragging project loses is not budget but momentum: the team loses faith, habits slide back to the old way. When the system finally opens, no appetite is left to own it.

  3. When scope stays verbal, a new item appears every week and the calendar slips. The work discussed at the start and the work delivered at the end are not the same.

  4. The system is declared "done", but with no training or handover it goes unused. The screen is there, the records are not; work drifts back to the old spreadsheet.

GoLive20 is one answer to these four problems: a written date, a scope written item by item, a work plan with every week set, a trained handover.

Support Structure

Every company whose setup we did gets base support through three channels after go-live; it is part of our responsibility and is not priced separately. The WhatsApp channel and phone stay open for as long as we are your partner; feature and customization requests by email in the first 6 months are part of the setup, while new modules and integrations are priced separately.

  1. 01 · Email

    Feature and customization requests

First 6 months after go-live, for your existing setup. Write to us; the request is logged and planned.

  2. 02 · WhatsApp channel

    Team questions and instant fixes

A channel set up for your company, open for as long as we are your partner. Your team asks, small fixes happen on the spot.

  3. 03 · Phone

    Urgent issues and management questions

Open for as long as we are your partner. When something stops work or management needs an answer, call us directly.

After go-live, for every company whose setup we did. None of the three channels is priced separately; the 6-month scope covers feature and customization requests.

Why Eksenium

We build it, improve it, keep it alive.

No system stays standing without someone behind it. We stay beside every structure we build.

  • Projects that pass scope assessment. In the discovery call we listen to your processes, data sources and channel needs; if the work fits a 20-business-day route, it gets the "GoLive20 eligible" approval and delivery is 20 business days after scope approval. We also take on work that does not pass the assessment; the calendar is written separately, and the promise is still in writing.
