Is the code handed over to us, or does it stay locked?
All code (Deluge functions, widget JS, documentation) is handed over to you in a GitHub or GitLab repo. Open, documented, and you own it.
We don't have a team that knows Deluge, so who maintains it later?
Two options: (1) a monthly support agreement with us, (2) Deluge training for your team. Both can be offered as part of the package.
Can I use the widgets outside Zoho?
Widgets run on the Zoho SDK, so they stay inside Zoho. But the same logic can be built as a standalone web app · discussed separately.
How complex can calculations get with Deluge?
Loops, conditions, external API calls, data transformation · Deluge is a full programming language. 99% of business logic can be solved with Deluge. In the rare scenarios that require Java/Python, we tell you upfront.
How is the test environment managed during development?
All development happens in the Zoho Sandbox first and goes live only after passing your UAT. We never make sudden changes in production.
Are you Zoho's office or branch in Türkiye?
No; Eksenium is not Zoho's Türkiye office or branch, but one of Zoho's Authorized Partners in Türkiye. Zoho has no official office in Türkiye; the company runs its licensing, implementation, customization, and support operations through these authorized partners. We deliver that service in the local language, in compliance with KVKK, and with on-site support.
What is advanced customization?
It means going beyond standard Zoho structures to build business rules, triggers and module designs specific to your company.
