How do you train my team to work with BPMN documents?
BPMN reading training is included in the package (half a day). Short video recordings are also available for complex diagrams.
Will you implement the optimization afterwards?

Our ISO 9001 certification process has started, are BPMN maps accepted?
Yes · BPMN 2.0 is accepted for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 documentation. We work in coordination with your certification consultants.
How many departments do you map at the same time?
The standard package runs 3-5 departments in parallel. For large-scope projects (10+ departments), phased mapping is planned.
Which tools do you use to draw BPMN?
Lucidchart, draw.io, or Bizagi · based on the client's preference. Deliverables come as PDF + editable source files.
Are you Zoho's office or branch in Türkiye?
