Which BPM tool do you recommend?
It depends on company size. Zoho Creator (no-code) for small to mid-size, Camunda (developer-friendly) for enterprise, ProcessMaker for hybrid needs.
How much does licensing cost?
Open source (Bonita Community, Camunda Community) is free. Enterprise versions are licensed annually based on user and process counts; we share the exact line items in the discovery call.
Can our team build its own processes after training?
Yes · by the end of training, your team can design processes of simple to medium complexity. For complex ones, we step in.
How does BPM platform implementation work together with RPA?
BPM manages the process, RPA automates repetitive steps. The two are complementary · specific steps in a BPM flow can be handed off to an RPA bot.
Do cloud-based BPM platforms create issues under KVKK?
Platforms offering an EU region option (Germany, Ireland), such as Camunda Cloud and ProcessMaker Cloud, can be configured for KVKK compliance. An on-premise option is also available.
Are you Zoho's office or branch in Türkiye?
No; Eksenium is not Zoho's Türkiye office or branch, but one of Zoho's Authorized Partners in Türkiye. Zoho has no official office in Türkiye; the company runs its licensing, implementation, customization, and support operations through these authorized partners. We deliver that service in the local language, in compliance with KVKK, and with on-site support.

How long does this implementation take?

Does our team need to know how to code for the implementation?
No. The implementation runs on no-code/low-code platforms; approval systems, triggers, and user permissions are configured through the interface. When advanced business logic like Deluge Script is needed, we write the code.
Are the applications built compatible with other Zoho apps?
Yes. Systems built on Zoho Creator work fully with Zoho CRM, Desk, and Campaigns, and connect to non-Zoho software through REST API and webhook support.
