Do you also handle license purchasing?
License purchases are made directly between you and the vendor (UiPath/Microsoft). We advise you through selection and negotiation.
Should I deploy on-premise or in the cloud?
It depends on data sensitivity, license cost and in-house IT capability. We decide during the pre-implementation architecture phase.
Can our team build their own bots after training?
Yes · by the end of training your team can build bots of simple to medium complexity. When complex projects come up, we can step in.
Can you integrate the RPA platform with our corporate Active Directory?
Yes · AD/SSO integration is standard in UiPath and Power Automate implementations. User roles are synchronized with Active Directory groups.
Does it make sense to use multiple platforms (like UiPath + n8n) in the same company?
Different tools for different use cases can be reasonable · for example UiPath for critical core processes, n8n for lightweight web automations. We settle this during the architecture phase.
Are you Zoho's office or branch in Türkiye?
No; Eksenium is not Zoho's Türkiye office or branch, but one of Zoho's Authorized Partners in Türkiye. Zoho has no official office in Türkiye; the company runs its licensing, implementation, customization, and support operations through these authorized partners. We deliver that service in the local language, in compliance with KVKK, and with on-site support.
What exactly does an RPA implementation cover?
Implementation covers selecting the RPA software, guidance through the licensing process (license fees are paid to the vendor), integrating it with your systems, automating sample processes, and taking the environment live.
Which platforms do you implement?
Alongside leading platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate and Zoho RPA, we also implement open-source or custom software solutions based on internal needs.
What does our IT infrastructure need for an RPA implementation?
At a basic level, a strong internet connection, an RPA server (on-premise or cloud), user access permissions and process documentation are enough. We identify all technical requirements during the implementation process.
Is user training provided after implementation?
Yes. We provide comprehensive user training covering how the robots work, when they run, and what to do in case of an error.
