Our brief isn't ready. Does the 20 business day guarantee still apply?
The 20 business day guarantee applies to clients who have their brief ready or leave the system architecture to us. If we build the brief together, the total timeline can extend to 25-30 business days.
Is the Zoho license included in the package?
License fees are paid to Zoho; we provide the setup service. As an authorized partner, we guide you to the right plan and support you through the purchase process.
Can you migrate the data from our current system?
Yes. Data export, cleanup, and import into Zoho from Excel, a legacy CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.), accounting software, or directly from a database is within scope.
How long does post-setup support last?
6 months of free support after go-live is included in the package. After that, we continue with monthly or annual support agreements.
Do you only set up Zoho CRM?
We set up every product including Zoho One · CRM, Books, Desk, Inventory, Campaigns, Projects, Analytics, Creator, and more. Quote-to-invoice automation in Books, email automation scenarios in Campaigns, leave and HR processes in People, and custom applications in Creator are all built with the same setup discipline.
Is the setup done remotely, or is on-site support available too?
Setup runs over screen sharing or remote access; we don't need to visit your office. On-site training is also available for our clients in Istanbul.
Are you Zoho's office or branch in Türkiye?
No; Eksenium is not Zoho's Türkiye office or branch, but one of Zoho's Authorized Partners in Türkiye. Zoho has no official office in Türkiye; the company runs its licensing, implementation, customization, and support operations through these authorized partners. We deliver that service in the local language, in compliance with KVKK, and with on-site support.
What's the difference between Zoho application setup and buying a license?
The license gives you the software; the setup makes it specific to your company. Modules, fields, user roles, initial dashboards, and the data entry foundation are defined at this stage. They are two separate jobs, and it's the second one that determines whether the system actually gets used.
Do you only work with clinics?
Our main focus is healthcare, but we also have setup experience in retail, consulting, and education. The process stays the same: needs analysis first, then the right application mix, and finally a configuration tailored to your business.
