ZOHO SERVICES

Zoho Flow, webhooks, REST API, OAuth, custom middleware · whichever it takes, we make your Zoho talk both ways with the systems beyond CRM (e-commerce, ERP, accounting, telephony, logistics). The method is not set by a ready-made catalog; your own data flow decides it. Every line we build is delivered with monitoring and alerts.

Audit

SOUND FAMILIAR?

  1. 01

You enter the same customer into three separate systems by hand: a contact in CRM, an account in accounting, a member in e-commerce. Three records age at three different speeds; finding out which one is right takes a phone call.

  2. 02

Orders come in but CRM never hears about them; the sales team watches the e-commerce panel, not the CRM. The customer's history and the next quote both stay outside CRM.

  3. 03

Phone conversations never make it into the record; who called whom, what was promised, nobody knows. Call tracking is either manual or nonexistent. When the rep changes, the history of the conversation leaves with them.

  4. 04

Invoices and payments stay in the accounting software; account reconciliation is done by hand every month. The sales team quotes without seeing the customer's balance, and accounting learns about the order from email, not from CRM.

  5. 05

Your system has no ready-made app on the Zoho Marketplace, and you were told it 'can't be integrated'. Yet any system with a REST API or webhook support can be connected; what is missing is not the app but the team to build the bridge.

  6. 06

When a previously built integration breaks, nobody notices; data silently disappears. An API key expires, a field name changes, and for weeks nobody knows.

ZOHO INTEGRATION PROCESS

Zoho CRMIntra-Zoho IntegrationE-commerceAccountingPhone & PBXLogistics & ShippingCustom Middleware
  1. 1

    Week 1 · Audit

    Systems and data map

Which systems, which data, flowing in which directions · a written data flow diagram. It also settles which side counts as correct when a record conflicts on both sides. API documentation is collected. Access permissions and the existing field structures are gathered in the same week. The audit is free; at the end you hold a document with a defined scope, boundaries and timeline.

  2. 2

    Weeks 1-2 · Design

    Architecture and auth model

Which system talks with which permission, how the OAuth flow is renewed, how many times and at what interval a failed request is retried, where errors are logged: we build the architecture around these questions. The design comes to you in writing; no code is written before you approve it.

  3. 3

    Weeks 2-4 · Development

    Webhook and middleware development

Webhook receivers, mapping rules and, where needed, custom middleware are written at this stage. Two-way flow is tested in a development environment, with sample data first. Edge cases (timeouts, partial failures, duplicates) are tried scenario by scenario; no surprises are carried into production.

  4. 4

    Weeks 5-6 · Go-Live

    Phased rollout + monitoring

We do not go live in one go. The integration runs in read-only mode first and we watch the flowing data together; write is enabled once it is verified. Slack/email alerts are set up and the error monitoring dashboard is delivered. At handover you hold written documentation and a screen that shows what the integration moved, when, and where.

ZOHO INTEGRATION SCOPE

With Zoho application integration, your CRM shares data with your e-commerce, accounting, ERP, and phone system · every system. Data is entered once and stays current everywhere. You do not need all six lines at once; we decide together in discovery which line opens first.

    Intra-Zoho Integration

Between Zoho products. Zoho CRM integration with Books, Desk and Inventory: even inside the same ecosystem, contacts, invoices, orders and tickets do not match up on their own, so we build the flow. Sales, support and finance see the same customer.

  • 02

    E-commerce

Shopify, WooCommerce, Trendyol, Hepsiburada. Order, customer, product, and stock mapping. New orders instantly open as Deals in CRM, and a second order continues on the existing record; the sales team watches CRM, not the panel.

  • 03

    Accounting

Paraşüt, Logo, Mikro, Netsis. Two-way sync of invoices, payments, and customer/supplier data. A closed sale becomes an invoice in accounting and the payment is posted to the record in CRM; the sales team sees the balance on its own screen.

  • 04

    Phone & PBX

Alotech, BulutSantralim (Verimor), Zoho Voice. We've built live projects with all three, and we also work with Twilio, NetGSM, RingOver, and Aircall. Calls land automatically in CRM and the recording is one click away; click-to-call, IVR, and reports included.

  • 05

    Logistics & Shipping

Sürat, MNG, Aras, Yurtiçi. Shipping labels, tracking numbers, delivery status. A shipping label is generated the moment an order is created and the tracking number is written to the record; when a customer asks about a shipment, the rep does not switch to another panel.

  • 06

    Custom Middleware

A bridge between custom APIs and Zoho. For systems without a standard integration, we build custom middleware (Node.js, PHP, Python). Anything with a REST API or webhook support can be connected; OAuth, retry, and error logging included.

Support Structure

Every company whose setup we did gets base support through three channels after go-live; it is part of our responsibility and is not priced separately. The WhatsApp channel and phone stay open for as long as we are your partner; feature and customization requests by email in the first 6 months are part of the setup, while new modules and integrations are priced separately.

  1. 01 · Email

    Feature and customization requests

First 6 months after go-live, for your existing setup. Write to us; the request is logged and planned.

  2. 02 · WhatsApp channel

    Team questions and instant fixes

A channel set up for your company, open for as long as we are your partner. Your team asks, small fixes happen on the spot.

  3. 03 · Phone

    Urgent issues and management questions

Open for as long as we are your partner. When something stops work or management needs an answer, call us directly.

FAQ

More questions? Write to us · we reply within 24 hours.

  • Yes · with custom middleware we can connect to any system. Anything with a REST API, or at least webhook support, can be integrated. Not having an app on the Marketplace does not mean the system cannot be connected; it only means we write the bridge. In the audit we look at the system's API documentation and tell you in writing what can be read and what can be written.
