How do you decide which RPA tool to use?
Tool selection happens first through consulting (a separate service). If it has already been done, we move straight to development.
What happens if the bot crashes or fails to process?
All our bots are designed with error handling + queue + retry + escalation. Critical failures trigger instant Slack/email alerts.
Is the bot code handed over to us?
Yes · UiPath process, Power Automate flow, or n8n workflow · everything lives in your own tenant, and the code is handed over to you in a Git repo.
How many processes can a bot cover, and can the package grow?
You can start with a single process and expand the package once you see results. Pricing is per process · discounts apply to packages of 5-10 processes.
Can the bot skip steps that require human intervention?
No · with attended bot or human-in-the-loop design, sensitive steps are left to a person; the bot only handles preparation and post-approval steps.
Are you Zoho's office or branch in Türkiye?
No; Eksenium is not Zoho's Türkiye office or branch, but one of Zoho's Authorized Partners in Türkiye. Zoho has no official office in Türkiye; the company runs its licensing, implementation, customization, and support operations through these authorized partners. We deliver that service in the local language, in compliance with KVKK, and with on-site support.
How does the RPA development process work?
First, processes suitable for automation are identified. Then software robots are developed, tested, and taken live. Processes are monitored and optimized as needed.
What can the robots you develop do?

Which platforms do you develop on?
We develop primarily on UiPath, along with Power Automate, Zoho RPA, and Python/JavaScript-based bot infrastructures for company-specific scenarios.
Do you provide maintenance or update support after development?
Yes. We provide technical support, periodic updates, and performance monitoring for every robot we build. Bots are adapted as your processes evolve.
Will it cause errors in our processes?
