RPA Consulting · Robotic Process Automation Roadmap
Answers to the right questions before you invest in RPA.
What works is not buying an RPA tool, it's automating the right process. First we map every repetitive process in your company and prioritize by ROI, then we pick the tool. We run robotic process automation consulting as one whole, through analysis, planning, development and optimization; the goal is to hand manual, error-prone work over to software robots.
If you’re on this page, one of these is probably happening.
- Your team copies the same data from one system and types it into another every day; the same Excel report is rebuilt every morning, data is collected from email attachments, and information is entered into the CRM by hand. Errors and delays pile up.
- You want to start automating, but which process to start with and the return on investment are unclear.
- UiPath, Power Automate or n8n: you couldn't find an unbiased answer beyond vendor pitches.
- A bot built in the past broke when the process changed, and no one was left to maintain it.
- You have automations running but no monitoring; when a bot stops, the first person to tell you is a customer.
- Passwords and API keys sit in plain text inside the bots; security and KVKK compliance were never addressed.
A roadmap in 4 steps.
- 1
Week 1 · DiscoveryDepartment interviews
Interviews with 2-3 people from each department. How processes are done, manual steps, pain points, current tools.
- 2
Week 2 · MappingProcess mapping
Observed processes are drawn in BPMN. Manual and automatable steps are separated.
- 3
Week 3 · AnalysisROI and tool matrix
ROI calculation, RPA suitability score and tool recommendation for each process. A prioritization table.

Detailed PDF + 90-minute leadership presentation. Q&A to support decisions.
Answers to the right questions before you invest in RPA.
Which process, which tool, which ROI, which timeline · clear and in writing.
- Process InventoryEvery repetitive task across the company. Interviews with departments, observation and documentation. Which tasks are manual, how often they run, how long they take. Candidates such as invoice creation and checking, processing web form submissions, stock and price updates, and preparing and emailing reports are collected into a single inventory.
- Automation SuitabilityWhich process is ideal for RPA. Is the data structured, are the rules clear, does the system change often · an RPA suitability score for each process.
- ROI CalculationPayback period of the investment. For every candidate process: annual hours saved × cost vs. RPA development + licensing + maintenance. Payback period in months.
- Tool SelectionUiPath / Power Automate / Make / n8n. Choosing the right tool based on company size, IT capability, budget and process type. The recommendation accounts for integration with your existing CRM, ERP, email and web-based systems. Vendor lock-in risk analysis.
- Pilot RecommendationThe first process to automate. Highest ROI + lowest risk = the pilot process. A starter project that can go live within 4-6 weeks.
- GovernanceRPA Center of Excellence setup. Internal structure, training, documentation and process ownership to scale RPA sustainably.
Our standard in every custom implementation.
- On-site trainingAt the same table as your team, with real data.
- Full documentationEvery structure we build is in your hands, in writing.
- How-to videosWatch-and-apply recordings for every screen.
- Fast supportQuick answers to anything left unclear after training.
- Adoption reportIs the team actually using the system? We measure it.
We don't sell hours, we build systems.
We build it, improve it, keep it alive.
No system survives without someone standing behind it. We stay with every structure we build after handover: monitoring, fine-tuning, making sure your team truly adopts it. We don't just set up RPA, we adapt it into your business. This approach is designed especially for teams spending more than 3 hours a day on manual work and businesses that want to grow without adding headcount; the same discipline applies from SMB to enterprise scale.
Common questions.
More questions? Write to us · we reply within 24 hours.
I don't have a UiPath license, is the consulting still worth it?
Yes · the consulting is vendor-agnostic. License-free options (n8n, Power Automate Free, Make starter) are evaluated as well.
Will you stay involved after a process is automated?
The choice is yours · we continue (development service) or hand over to your internal team with a Train-the-Trainer model.
Will the automation break if the process changes?
With the right design, it stays resilient. The audit factors in change frequency, and processes that change often are not recommended for RPA.
How many processes do you calculate ROI for?
Depending on the consulting scope, a company-wide process inventory is built · anywhere from 5 to 50 processes can be mapped. An ROI calculation is done for each one.
Is it difficult to move from this consulting into the development package?
No · the roadmap produced by the consulting is the direct input to the development package. The transition is seamless, with no extra discovery time.
Are you Zoho's office or branch in Türkiye?
No; Eksenium is not Zoho's Türkiye office or branch, but one of Zoho's Authorized Partners in Türkiye. Zoho has no official office in Türkiye; the company runs its licensing, implementation, customization, and support operations through these authorized partners. We deliver that service in the local language, in compliance with KVKK, and with on-site support.
What is Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?
RPA is a technology that lets software robots perform repetitive, rule-based tasks instead of people. Many tasks such as database entry, email processing and invoice tracking can be automated with RPA.
What do you do within the Robotic Process Automation Consulting service?
We analyze your business processes, identify the steps suited to automation, develop an RPA strategy tailored to you, and build the technology roadmap.
Which industries can use RPA?
It can be used in any sector with heavy manual data processing needs, such as finance, human resources, logistics, healthcare, e-commerce and customer service.
When do I need RPA consulting?
If you keep repeating the same operations, suffer from human errors, or your team's time is consumed by routine work, it may be exactly the right time to start RPA consulting.
Does it work with our existing systems?
Yes. We work with platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate and Zoho RPA, and deliver solutions integrated with your existing ERP, CRM, accounting or custom software.
