Can you pull data from our current ERP?
SAP, Logo, Mikro, Netsis, IFS, Oracle, MS Dynamics · we have experience extracting data from major ERPs. For custom/local systems we do API or file-based extraction.
Will my team be unable to work during the migration?
With phased migration, operations never stop. Each module runs in parallel → then fully cuts over.
If something goes wrong in the new system, can we roll back to the old one?
For the first 30 days the old system stays active as a backup. Rollback is possible on a critical issue · risk management is written into the contract.
Can 20 years of data be migrated?
We migrate large data volumes in phases · active data from the last 2 years first, then the archive. Data cleansing and deduplication included.
How are maintenance and updates handled after modernization?
After handover, you can run it with your internal team or through a monthly support agreement with us. For Zoho-based projects, updates are usually automatic on Zoho's side.
Are you Zoho's office or branch in Türkiye?
No; Eksenium is not Zoho's Türkiye office or branch, but one of Zoho's Authorized Partners in Türkiye. Zoho has no official office in Türkiye; the company runs its licensing, implementation, customization, and support operations through these authorized partners. We deliver that service in the local language, in compliance with KVKK, and with on-site support.
