Is Zoho Bookings suitable for clinic appointments?
Yes. Multi-staff/room calendars, service durations, buffer times and automatic reminders make it ideal for clinic and consulting appointments. The same setup adapts to any business that runs on one-on-one appointments, such as health centers, beauty salons, consulting offices and training institutions.
Can patients/customers book their own appointments?
Yes, appointments can be booked online 24/7 through a page embedded on your website; calendar conflicts are blocked automatically.
Does it send SMS/email reminders?
Yes; Zoho Bookings helps reduce no-show rates with automatic emails and reminders, and works integrated with CRM.
Does it sync with CRM and calendar?
Two-way sync is provided with Google/Outlook calendars and Zoho CRM; every appointment is logged to the customer record.
Why Zoho Bookings instead of Calendly?
Zoho Bookings offers the same function inside the Zoho ecosystem, with no extra subscription, and connects natively with CRM, Desk and Books.
Which time slots do customers see?
You define your working hours, service durations and buffer intervals; Zoho Bookings shows customers only the slots that are genuinely available. Booked, off-duty or break intervals are never listed.
What about appointments that come in by phone?
Reception uses the same panel; appointments taken by phone or in person are logged to the same calendar. The goal is not to remove the phone but to keep appointment tracking in one place; double bookings and conflicts end.
Are you Zoho's office or branch in Türkiye?
No; Eksenium is not Zoho's Türkiye office or branch, but one of Zoho's Authorized Partners in Türkiye. Zoho has no official office in Türkiye; the company runs its licensing, implementation, customization, and support operations through these authorized partners.
